Before anyone goes mad about the bench and the unused Hall, McShane turned his ankle at home yesterday so was not fit.

Was Burnett fit?

Apparently Brian McClennan mentioned in his post match interview he is considering recalling McShane for their upcoming Quins game.

I see that you didn't see who our water carrier was tonight. Mr Burnett himself!

I did notice that. I just wondered if he had some symptomless injury that meant he couldn't have the fourth bench spot ahead of the never-likely-to-be-used Hall.

Seemed OK in the warm up

We already had 3 forwards on the bench though and Hall could have covered 1-6 if he was required to. There were pros and cons for picking both of them.
