For me it should be 6 days minimum. We've got Cas soon on the Friday after playing Wakefield on the Sunday. They've got a whole 3 days more to recover! Needs addressing for me
People keep harping on about the intensity in Superleague falling way behind the NRL. Surely all these five day turnaround's aren't helping the situation? It's not just about general fitness it's about recovery from impact.
